Spanish Tiles and Snotty Tissue

Gross but true and it entertained me mildly that they both began with S and T.

Sorry. Like I said I hope to be back in class soon. My doctors said that I should be alright for Monday. Yayness.

Still sick and feeling like crap but::

My mom is preparing for her 30th High School Reunion that is coming up this July. She's coordinating it with a friend of hers she'd gone to school with. They've commissioned me to make their tickets, name tags, name plates for seating and so on. So far I have the tickets done. I've done them using Illustrator and Photoshop as we've learned in class. I'm proud of myself for remembering so much of what to do considering how sick I've been lately making me unable to attend class. So here they are.

 

So lately I've been in a mood...

A very fairy mood. I love Tinkerbell and always have since I saw Julia Roberts play her. Besides the point. I decided I'd draw one. So here she is:

Here's this newest sketch that I played with again in illustrator. 

not too much

so i haven't been able to sketch a lot lately but i did start a sketch of tinkerbell on a leaf. then with what i had scanned in i tried my lessons from the site from last week. this is what i got.

Wishing it Spring

So I really haven't been doing too much in my sketchbook to be honest. I've been going through a lot lately with my family and my health. Things just haven't been good. I suppose I could use those emotions to influence more sketching but instead I put those emotions to use at work and getting the job done instead. Sorry this post is so short like I said I'm going through a lot and I'm pretty much exhausted. See you all in class on Monday I hope.
